Hi, I’m Derek Lyons, Boston-based PR exec at SHIFT Communications. I’ve been following the “green movement” for a while now and found myself wanting to know more: more about what was happening on the technology side, more about how individual people and communities were making a difference, and how these actions were having a larger impact on the world. At the same time, events and companies are springing up all over Massachusetts, from MIT conferences to innovative start-ups looking at wind, solar and other means to help make us better stewards for the world we inhabit.
